Post related to Make your own Challenge,

We had a bit of time after the exams last year, so we made our wetland posters then. This year, to celebrate World Wetland Day on the 2nd February, I made a display of the posters and a small "fake" wetland in the Media Centre. We have a place in our indigenous garden where we have planted wetland plants, but they are dry for a lot of the time, except when it rains.

We have an exciting project coming up sometime this year. Our old cross country course has been cleared of alien vgetation, and will be a grassed play area with a small stream. Our Water Champions and Green Team will be helping turn that into a viable wetland. Until then, we hope to make another froggy pond in our indigenous garden.
